Program Name

ArborOne (platform) — Service Notifications

This is a transactional, service-related SMS program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How You Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from ArborOne (platform) in one of two ways:

  1. Inbound phone call. When you call our business line, our phone receptionist will ask whether you consent to receive a text message with your appointment booking link. SMS is only sent if you verbally agree.
  2. Website contact form. On our contact form at /contact-us, you must check an SMS consent box before you can submit. The box is unchecked by default and is required only if you want to receive SMS — consent is not a condition of purchase.

When you opt in, we record the date, time, IP address, and the exact consent language you agreed to. You may request a copy of your consent record at any time.

Types of Messages You Will Receive

ArborOne (platform) will send you SMS messages only in connection with a service request you initiated. Message types include:

  • Self-scheduling booking links after you call or submit our contact form
  • Appointment confirmations once you book a time
  • Day-of reminders before your estimate or service visit
  • Estimator en-route notifications on the day of service
  • Follow-up communications directly related to your service request
  • Emergency service status updates if you have an active emergency request

We do not send promotional offers, newsletters, or bulk marketing messages through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service interaction. A typical customer receives 1 to 5 messages per service request. Emergency service customers may receive additional status updates during active jobs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ArborOne (platform) is not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier. Contact your carrier for rate details.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS messages from ArborOne (platform) at any time by:

  • Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out. No further SMS messages will be sent.

Getting Help (HELP)

For help with this SMS program, reply HELP or INFO to any message. We will respond with instructions for contacting support.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Your consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services from ArborOne (platform).

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your information only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS carrier, Twilio), subject to their own privacy and security obligations. Supported Carriers

This SMS program is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
